The easiest way to track your shipment is to click the link in
your e-mailed notice of delivery. Check your e-mail In Box for
your notification, sent automatically at night on the date your
shipment left Sea Pearls. If you did not receive an e-mail, then
your shipment has not left Sea Pearls, or we have an obsolete e-mail
address on file for your business address on file for your business.
To manually track your Sea Pearls shipment, call
or e-mail Sea Pearls for an identifying number and the name
of the freight carrier. Then use this page to track your shipment.
If you already have a Sea Pearls invoice for the shipment in
question, the motor carrier PRO number appears in the "Ship
Via" box. UPS numbers don't appear on invoices, so contact
us for UPS Tracking or Shipment numbers.
