Strong, Trouble-free Cylinder valves

Thick, rugged valve body withstands the rigors of cave diving, wreck diving, and transport by car and boat. Takes abuse that thinner competitors will not.

Polished finish and triple chrome plated for maximum resistance to salt damage. Other satin-finished valves have only two layers of plating. Polished surfaces have fewer imperfections in which corrosion begins.

Plug & seat assembly is Teflon coated for smooth operation and maximum resistance to salt damage.

Dual Teflon and O-ring seals provide optimal sealing at high and low cylinder pressures.

100% of all Thermo valves are pressure tested before shipping. Other companies test only a random sample.

Ergonomic design

Hand wheel angle provides a comfortable lifting point for cylinders.

New hand wheel design is softer and more rounded.

Nitrox ready

Thermo valves can be ordered for air or Nitrox service.

All Luxfer cylinders are 3000 psi service pressure except the 14CF cylinder is 2015 psi,
and 100CF and N80CF are 3300 psi.
